ABOUT ME
Rebecca Mitchell
UKCP Registered Psychotherapist
I am extremely passionate about emotional wellbeing and have a lifetime of awareness and experience; through the natural ups and downs life brings. It has come with its trauma and pain, which ultimately led me to a period of learning and self-reflection and training as a Psychotherapist.

I welcome clients with any difficulty which brings them to explore therapy, whilst I hold specialist interests in disability (including Epilepsy and Functional Neurological Disorder - FND); pregnancy and infant loss; and the emotional impact of caring responsibilities.
