Face-to-face sessions are based at a warm and welcoming therapy centre in Potternewton. Only 3 miles from the city centre and in easy reach of suburbs in North Leeds such as Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Oakwood, Chapeltown, Harehills, Meanwood, Headingley and Moortown.

The centre is close to local bus routes (numbers 12, 13A, 91) or alternatively there is a small car park at the back of the building, and plenty of free on-street parking.
I also offer the option of remote sessions.
Remote sessions are via video-call or telephone, depending on your preference.
